Vespasian and the II Augusta

Inspired by the fantastic Vespasian series of books, written by the novelist Robert Fabbri, this piece commemorates the invasion of Britain in 43AD. The Second Augusta was under the command of legate Vespasian later to become Emperor during the tumultuous year of the 4 emperors in AD69.
