Black Orchid Trio (BOST)at work

BOST  performed my Juno or BOST piece back in 2014.  I composed this piece on holiday, in Essauoira, Morocco Christmas 2013.

I imagined just for a minute, as I turned the corner in one of the streets of Essaouira, I heard the sound of a string trio, perhaps BOST themselves. I thought, if I had knocked on BOST’s front door, I would see three lovely ladies hard at work.
